We want every SAGreens order to exceed your expectations. Our policies are designed to be honest about the nature of fresh, perishable produce while ensuring you are fully protected when you purchase our organic seeds.

Fresh Microgreens

No Return · No Refund

Microgreens are highly perishable living produce with a shelf life of 5–7 days. Due to their nature, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once delivered.

Return & Refund if Defective

If your seed order arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, you are eligible for a full return and refund within 48 hours of delivery.

Section 1 — Fresh Microgreens

Why no returns or refunds?

Fresh microgreens are living, perishable produce. Like vegetables bought from a market, their quality changes rapidly after harvest. Once a tray or packet leaves our facility it cannot be restocked or resold, making returns neither practical nor hygienic.

Shelf life & storage

Microgreens stay fresh for 5–7 days when stored in your refrigerator at 2–5 °C. Please consume them before this window for best nutrition and taste. SAGreens is not responsible for quality loss caused by improper storage after delivery.

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Quality degradation due to improper storage
  • Dislike of taste, texture, or appearance
  • Delayed consumption beyond the shelf life
  • Partial use of a tray or packet

Received something wrong?

If we delivered the wrong product or your order arrived visibly spoiled or contaminated at the time of delivery, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis as a goodwill gesture.

Section 2 — Organic Seeds

We stand behind the quality of every seed packet we ship. If your order does not meet the standard described below, you are entitled to a full return and refund.

Eligible for return & refund:

  • Packet arrived physically damaged or torn
  • Wrong seed variety delivered (different from order)
  • Seeds are visibly mouldy, wet, or contaminated on arrival
  • Germination rate below 50% within the specified time frame*
  • Packet weight significantly under the labelled amount

* Germination claims must include a photo of the growing tray taken on Day 5 using standard growing conditions (coco peat / soil medium, 25 °C, adequate moisture).

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Poor germination due to incorrect growing conditions
  • Opened packets beyond 10% usage
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

How to raise a return request

    Contact us within 48 hours

    Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order details and a clear photo of the defective product.

    We review your request

    Our team will review your submission within 24 hours and confirm whether it qualifies for a return and refund.

  3. 3

    Return the product

    If approved, courier the sealed/unopened packet back to our address. Return shipping costs are reimbursed for valid defect claims.

  4. 4

    Refund processed

    Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Section 3 — Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted for both microgreens and seeds provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Microgreens: Cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. Microgreens are harvested fresh to order and cannot be cancelled after preparation has begun.

  • Seeds: Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order, before the packet is packed and dispatched.

Section 4 — General Terms

SAGreens reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer cash refunds.

3.

This policy applies to direct orders placed via our website (sagreens.com), WhatsApp, or phone. Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's return policy.

4.

SAGreens is not liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch.

5.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

By placing an order with SAGreens you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
